Well Body Pilates Teacher Training is a 450+ hour program, which includes full apparatus and mat training. The curriculum is rooted in the Classical Pilates Repertoire as developed by Joseph Pilates, with a contemporary, anatomy-based approach to sequencing, body mechanics, and special populations. Our unique hybrid training style will give you the skills and experience you need to teach in any studio, safely and effectively. The program is led by Third-Generation Master Teacher and Well Body Pilates Owner, Elizabeth Wilkinson with the assistance of Well Body staff.

We limit the training to only 10 students, so that you get personalized instruction in an intimate and supportive setting. You’ll have access to an online manual, where you can quiz yourself on anatomy, watch recorded lectures, and exercise sequences. All graduates are eligible to interview to be a WBP Teacher (Teacher Training does not guarantee employment at WBP).

Tuition is $600 per Module, or $5500 for Comprehensive Training. $500 Deposit required to hold your spot. Payment plans available. Mat only certification is $1800. Email info@wellbodynashville.com or call (615) 454-4995 to learn more and apply.

The course breakdown is as follows:
150 Hours Lecture (includes anatomy, Mat work and all equipment-Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Barrels)
150 hours Apprentice Teaching

75 hours Observation
Final Tests- written and practical (once all hours have been completed)
